Meet the Artist

Wife, Mother, and Photographer of Tiny Humans

My love for my own children is what inspired my photography career.  When my first baby was born, I was taken away with the immediate and unconditional love that comes with being a new parent.  It was like nothing I had ever felt before! It was wonderful, amazing, and kind of scary all at the same time. I wanted to find a way to capture those feelings and freeze those moments in time, so that I could remember them forever.  So I set out to do that in the best way I knew how: by taking photographs.

I am now a mom to two amazing children, my son Hugo and my daughter Mila. We live in Randolph, NJ together with my husband Marco. I feel so blessed to be able to stay home with my children while also running a business that I love. I’m so very thankful to all of my clients for allowing me to create beautiful artwork with their little ones and sharing in their joy of motherhood.

More About Yvonne

One of the things I truly enjoy about my job is getting to meet and know so many amazing families.  I'm constantly inspired by your stories.  So with that in mind, I wanted to help YOU get to know ME.  Here I'm sharing more about me and my family, in no particular order.  Enjoy!

I’ve moved from coast to coast. I grew up and lived most of my life in Arizona. My husband and I moved to New Jersey in 2010 for a job relocation. I love it here and wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’ve loved my husband since I was 18. We met my freshman year in college and been together ever since! That is officially more than half of my life by now. I feel so lucky to have had my best friend by my side all these years.

Hablo Español. The town where I grew up in Arizona is predominantly Spanish speaking. Being bilingual is such a gift!

My children are my ultimate heros. I want to live with abandon and have the energy, enthusiasm and imagination that they do!

I have a degree in business.  After college, I held various positions in marketing and communications for some pretty amazing companies, but I always knew I wanted to work for myself one day.  Running my own photography studio has been a dream come true!

I love dogs.  I've been around dogs and been a "dog person" my whole life.  Luckily it seems this trait is rubbing off on my kids too!

I don’t have a photo of me and my family together growing up as a child.  Moreover, one of my siblings is no longer living, and there is not a photo in existence with all of us together. It’s just one reason why I value photography so much, and is a constant reminder for me that life is short, to live to the fullest, and to appreciate the everyday.

My husband and I love to travel. I still have a long list of places to visit on my bucket list, but if I could pack up and go anywhere tomorrow, it would be Paris. I am a daydreamer, artist, and hopeless romantic at heart!

Quick run-down of a few of my favorite things: dark chocolate, red wine (particularly a good cab), jazz music, the color turquoise, the Fall season, being at the beach, and coconut anything!
